The Brunswick County Association OF REALTORSŪ (BCAR) is a professional trade
organization representing the interests of real estate professionals in the
Brunswick, Bladen and Columbus counties. Their mission is to be the advocate
for the professional needs of REALTORSŪ. Members of the Association
subscribe to a strict code of ethics and have access to numerous services
and programs to enhance their professionalism.

A Certified Property Manager (CPMŪ ) is a certification governed by the the
Institue of Real Estate Management (IREMŪ). IREMŪ has been the source for
education, resources, information and membership for real estate management
professionals for more than 70 years. IREM promotes ethical real estate
management practices through its credentialed membership programs such as
the CPMŪ certification.
